The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! so many choices and really fresh stuff. i especially liked the fresh fruit selection and pastries. the pool area was also great. It had super comfy loungers and lots of space.
The sound insulation in the room was pretty bad. I could hear people talking in the hallway. the tv didn't have any smart functions. I couldn't even mirror my phone to it. just basic tv channels were available.

the breakfast offered a good variety. fresh fruits were available. i also liked the fresh cheeses.
the staff did not seem friendly upon my arrival, it felt off. i asked for a brief tour of the hotel grounds, the staff told me to wait, then they said it was no longer possible. i had also booked a spa treatment but was not informed that there are two different spa locations at the hotel.

lovely scentsmiling staff
i was really impressed with the attention to detail everywhere. the corridors had a lovely scent, and the pool and beach were fantastic. all the staff members always had a smile (it really made my day!).

the hospitality impressed me greatly. check-in was swift. i had assistance with luggage. the breakfast was really good with diverse options from around the globe. the grounds were lovely. i could take pleasant walks both indoors and outdoors.
the gym was a little crowded during peak hours, though this is quite common.
